Amorio Group Pty Ltd, trading as Atlast Media (“we”, “us”), operates atlaststudios.app. This policy covers this website, studio enquiries, and our games Puni and Friends and Bubble Tea Tycoon NY when they link to this policy. Both games are in development. The game features described below are planned and may not be available in every release. Before enabling them, we will update this policy with the providers and data practices that apply.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive your email address and any name, message, attachments or other information you provide. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and security events to deliver and protect this website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide support, manage privacy requests, operate and secure this website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Game features and data

Depending on the features enabled in a game, we may process the following information for the purposes described:

• Accounts: sign-in identifiers, profile information and authentication details to create, secure and manage your account.
• Cloud saves: player identifiers, game progress, preferences and save data to store and synchronise progress.
• Analytics: gameplay events, session information, app version and device information to understand usage and improve the game.
• Crash reporting: error reports, diagnostic logs, device and operating system information to investigate faults.
• Advertising: ad interactions, device identifiers and technical information to deliver and measure ads. Personalised advertising or cross-app tracking will require permission where applicable.
• Purchases: product identifiers, transaction records and purchase status to validate purchases, provide entitlements and handle support. App-store payments are processed by the store; we do not receive your full payment card details from it.

These categories describe planned functionality, not a statement that unreleased games currently collect this information. The actual SDKs, advertising partners and account providers will be identified before their use.

Cookies and website analytics

This website does not use advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. It does not offer user accounts or collect payments.

Sharing and overseas processing

Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may be processed outside Australia, depending on the provider’s infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or investigate misuse.

Game service providers

Where enabled, hosting, authentication, analytics, crash-reporting and advertising providers may process the relevant information described above. App stores process purchases under their own policies. We will identify the providers used by each release before launch; this policy does not grant consent for future tracking.

Permissions and choices

Where consent is required, we will ask before processing and provide a way to withdraw it. You can manage tracking permissions in your device settings. Where accounts are offered, we will provide an in-app account deletion option. Deleting a game from your device may not delete information stored on our servers; contact us for deletion requests.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. For game data, retention will depend on the purpose, account status and legal requirements, including purchase records. Release-specific retention information will be provided before the relevant features are enabled. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your requests and complaints

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided by emailing support@atlaststudios.app. We may need to verify your identity. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why.

For a privacy complaint, describe your concern and how we can contact you. We will review it and respond. If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local privacy authority, where applicable.

Children

This website does not require children to provide personal information. We will confirm each game’s intended age range and any parental consent requirements before release. Where required by law, parental consent must be obtained before collecting a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact us.
