These terms apply to atlaststudios.app and games that link to these terms, operated by Amorio Group Pty Ltd, trading as Atlast Media (“we”, “us”). By using the website or a game that presents these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use that service.

Scope

This website provides information about our studio and games, and contact details for support. Puni and Friends and Bubble Tea Tycoon NY are in development. The game provisions below apply only where the relevant features are available. Any additional game or app-store terms will be presented with the relevant release.

Using this website

You may browse this website and use its information for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use it unlawfully, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

Game access and accounts

Subject to these terms and the applicable app-store licence, you may use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must meet the game’s stated age requirements. If you are not legally able to accept these terms, a parent or guardian must review and accept them as required by law.

If accounts are available, keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Do not access another player’s account, exploit bugs, cheat or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. You can contact us to query a restriction.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where offered, prices and purchase conditions will be shown before payment. App-store purchases, refunds and subscription management follow the relevant store’s procedures and applicable law. Subscriptions renew only on the terms disclosed at purchase; use your store settings to manage or cancel them. Deleting an app does not itself cancel a subscription.

Virtual items provide a limited right to use them within the game, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money unless expressly allowed or required by law. Nothing here limits mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Advertising and third-party services

Games may include advertisements or optional third-party services where disclosed in that release. Third-party services have their own terms. Data processing and any required consent are described in our Privacy Policy and the game’s notices.

Game progress and availability

Where cloud saving is offered, synchronisation depends on the service and your connection. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update games for functionality, security or maintenance. Material changes affecting paid features will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding and game names belong to us or their respective owners. Except as permitted by law or with the owner’s permission, you may not reproduce, modify or commercially distribute that material. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Information and availability

We aim to keep information accurate, but content may change and errors may occur. Game announcements do not guarantee a release date or particular features. We may update or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
