Privacy at a glance

The current game plays offline. It does not require an account, transmit your gameplay or save data to us, or include advertising, tracking, third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Version 1.0 is free and contains no real-money in-app purchases.

Information kept on your device

The game stores progress, settings and the company and founder names you enter in local files on your device. These names are for your fictional business; you do not need to use a real name. We cannot access these files remotely. The game does not provide its own cloud-save or account service.

Local files remain until overwritten or removed with the app's data. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading an app may preserve it. Device or iCloud backups may contain app data depending on your Apple settings. Apple manages those backups. We cannot recover a lost local save or delete data from your Apple backups.

Permissions and tracking

The game does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo library or advertising identifier. It does not track you across apps or websites and does not sell or share gameplay data for advertising.

Apple services

Apple operates the App Store, device backups and TestFlight independently. Apple may process download, diagnostic or beta-testing information according to your settings and its policies. If you use TestFlight or choose to share diagnostics with developers through Apple, Apple may make beta feedback or crash information available to us to investigate issues. The game does not send a separate analytics or crash-reporting stream. See Apple's privacy information.

Opening our website or asking for help

Opening Support, Privacy Policy or Terms takes you to our website in your browser. The game does not attach your save data or player name to those links. Website requests and emails are handled as described in our website and support privacy policy.

If you contact us, we process the email address, message and attachments you voluntarily send to resolve your request. We retain them only as reasonably needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@atlaststudios.app. We cannot remotely retrieve or edit your local game files.

Children

The game's local-only data practices apply to all players. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through gameplay. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child has voluntarily sent to support.

Future purchases and updates

Optional in-app purchases are planned for a future update and are not available in version 1.0. Before adding purchases or changing data collection, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures to describe the actual features and providers. This policy does not authorise future tracking.
